Why you cannot refer to the database?

Because the database file is not set correctly on the " Environmental setting" screen of the " Program Editor" Utility.

Solution: Set the database file correctly on the "Enviromental setting" screen invoked from the "File" menu of the "Program Editor" utility. Check to see if the "Used" check box is checked also.
